What food cheers you up?

Cupcakes never fail to cheer me up. Especially if they have frosting and rainbow sprinkles. The child in me goes YEY! and little by little, sprinkle by sprinkle, life becomes happier, cheerier, just plain better.

What does your desk look like?

Write about your writing area. Write about your office desk, your school desk, your work desk, your creativity desk. Give us a glimpse through your words. What's your desk story?



My desk is a mess. It's got CDs all over, an unopened Moleskine, a box of tissues, nail clippers for the baby, an alarm clocl, my iTouch, earphones, alcohol, a baby's aspirator, bottled water, two containers filled with cables, speakers...

It sounds cluttered, but to me they're in order. An organized kind of clutter, know what I mean? What's your desk like?

Are you inked?

Write about a tattoo experience. Write about the anticipation, the longing, the fear, the excitement, the culmination of it all as you got one. Write about why you don't want to get one. What's your tattoo story?



If I were to get a tattoo, it would be one line from one of my favorite books "The Perks of Being A Wallflower." On my inner left wrist the line "I feel infinite" would be marked forever. It's a thought I play over and over in my head. Having that significant line imprinted on me will serve as a reminder for me to keep making the most out of my life. Carpe diem. I know it's more of a change in perspective that will help me enjoy life more, but who says a tattoo can't help?
