Are you inked?

Write about a tattoo experience. Write about the anticipation, the longing, the fear, the excitement, the culmination of it all as you got one. Write about why you don't want to get one. What's your tattoo story?
If I were to get a tattoo, it would be one line from one of my favorite books "The Perks of Being A Wallflower." On my inner left wrist the line "I feel infinite" would be marked forever. It's a thought I play over and over in my head. Having that significant line imprinted on me will serve as a reminder for me to keep making the most out of my life. Carpe diem. I know it's more of a change in perspective that will help me enjoy life more, but who says a tattoo can't help?

Except, I can't draw. Thankfully the artists can, and they created my dream tattoo, right on my back. Three hours of pain, imagine dragging a needle across your skin. Three hours. I never looked back. It's a tattoo about me. My tattoo IS me.

I'm not YET inked. But i've been thinking about it the past year... I want Faith, Hope & Love tattooed somewhere on my ankle or my lower back.. those words or something that best symbolizes it.
I want those simply because with everything I've gone through it was Faith, Hope and Love that brought me out of misery, and stopped me from completely allowing myself to fall and fail.
