Hi! My name is Toni and this is my blog on writing prompts. Sometimes inspiration strikes me anywhere, sometimes I badly need a jumpstart. This blog helps with those jumpstarts, when you need a little push. Hopefully the writing prompts open your mind further to new ideas and help encourage you into writing more. A little writing help never hurt!

Shout Outs - What's Your Story?

My blog is one year old!

I've been so busy I forgot to celebrate my blog's birthday.

"What's Your Story?" turned one year old last Oct. 17!

I keep a lot of blogs but this is one of my favorites. I enjoy making this blog a venue for my own writing exercises, my questions about life and anything under the sun.

Thanks to Orble for the love and to whoever's still reading this blog. Haha!

Here's some cake for everyone!

Sick and tired of being sick

I'm sick and tired of being sick.
It's been quiet in here because I think the flu has caught up with me. I've been having a really bad sore throat the past few days, and now I'm coughing like an old woman. An old sick woman. Maybe that's what I am now. Eep!

I'll be posting writing prompts soon! Hopefully I'm better by the end of the week. For now, maybe you can leave some happy thoughts for me in the comments section? Picker uppers would be great because I'm sick and tired of being sick.

You're Getting Married!

Just sharing that I started another blog here in the Orble community. This time, it's about weddings and marriage. *clinks champagne glasses with you*

The blog is called "So you're getting married" and this is where I share tips and ideas on planning for that special wedding day and the marriage. I'll throw in some elopement ideas too.

It's gonna be fun! If you have any ideas, do leave a note!

A starry blog background!

Man, customizing all those colors in the themes section sure made my head spin.

But I'd like to think I got the look together as I envisioned. Whew.

I am seeing stars before my eyes.

If you're one of those who miss NaBloPoMo and want to keep it going, you can consider joining Blog 365!

What's your story? is one month old today!

I am really enjoying writing here! Not only is it a great creative exercise for me, but I do hope I am able to inspire others as well. Thank you to all those who have dropped by over the past month and shared their stories. I highly enjoy reading your creations. And thanks to Orble for this little nook!

Is there anything else you'd like to see in here? Feedback is very welcome!

I've heard about NaBloPoMo before. It stands for National Blog Posting Month. The rule is simple: Post an entry for every day of November. Ta-da, that's it. It'll be a good exercise.
