Clouds and Sunshine


Write a story inspired by the picture above.

To me, it looks like the angels are announcing something. Like a "Hey, welcome this and that person to heaven!"

Or it could be a sign someone came up with a brilliant idea that can change the world.

Or it's like an angel just got his wings and the lights in the sky are celebrating.

Beautiful stories and images just come to mind.

A touch of light and from above the clouds billowed like pillows

A rainbow I did then expect but did discover there, instead,

Soft bands of powder blue.

They spread across the sky above

In different hues of that soft blue

Reaching out to Heaven

And thus did God declare his love

And called the little children

To theirs as so oft expressed

The kingdom of Heaven

Forbidding us to not forbid what rightly they'll inherit.
