I think they are sisters who may have the same father but different mothers (or one even adopted) but are like - Best Friends. And they are just talking about families, about school and remembering the good old times

I would like that - I am not very close to my own sister

They're sisters, and the blonde one is the youngest, she has just said 'i told you i would grow bigger than you one day'. the brunette older sister is sheepishly laughing lol

or they could be remembering how little brother forgot to put on his school pants and wore his boxers to school...
