1. Who are you most jealous of?
2. Why are you jealous of this person?
3. What would stop you from being jealous of this person?
4. What should you start doing so you would stop being jealous?

When I was small and had nothing to spend for comfort, I used to get jealous with anybody who got new clothes, savory dishes on table, TV to watch, etc. etc. Soon I became to realized that life is not for material things but the happiness and contentment of having your loved ones, especially your very own children, at your side. They are all I got now, my life, my wealth. Jealousy, I seldom feel it now. Maybe all that we have to do is to focus and be contented on the beautiful things that surrounds us. Man has never been contented, and that what we need to overcome.
