Hi! My name is Toni and this is my blog on writing prompts. Sometimes inspiration strikes me anywhere, sometimes I badly need a jumpstart. This blog helps with those jumpstarts, when you need a little push. Hopefully the writing prompts open your mind further to new ideas and help encourage you into writing more. A little writing help never hurt!

Weeeelll. Saaaannntaaaahhh...

I wanna a MUCH BIGGER....umm..no better nto put that down, i'll just think it!

So, 100 BILLION DOLLARS for a start;

So I can live in a large secure palace, have lots of pugs and pug wranglers, lots of staff for cooking and cleaning and stroking my forehead sometimes while saying, "there, there diddums, it'll get better soon..." find a gorgeous looking boyfriend...and I don't care if he also loves me for my money, as long as he is a REALLY BRILLIANT actor and makes me feel fabulous!

And MOST IMPORTANTLY: do good things for the less privileged...like actually creating an education and job programme that fully supports and trains people the whole way through to job placement, instead of the bullshit fascade that is used today!

And that's it really...I'll dream up the other stuff once I get my mits on the BILLIONS (USA ) DOLLARS....hmm...no..100 BILLION ENGLISH POUNDS....yeah...that's better!

cheers

Here's what I wrote in my blog <a Really Long Link

Complete the sentence:

All I want for Christmas is
a. You
b. My two front teeth
c. A Tan
d. C'mon, be truthful

The first 3 choices are how songs end. The last one is how I feel about those three choices.

Let me share with you my Christmas list.

As a child, I'd write down the items that I want for Christmas, attach the list to a plastic bag that I would hang in the corner of the room. If memory serves me right, I stopped doing that when I was around 12. But that didn't stop me from dropping hints.

Not telling others what you want will predispose you with things you don't want or need. The good thing about listing what you want is you might actually get what you wish for.

Here's my 2007 Christmas wish list, categorized...

What I want...Motorized treadmill...Paper shredder...Shang Cineplex gift certificate...Gift certificates to these restaurants (Sumo Sam, Teriyaki Boy, Kimono Ken, Peri Peri Chicken, Pancake House, Delifrance, Burger King, Tender Bob's, Pho Hoa), preferably in the smallest denominations but in multiple quantities (he, he)...Original DVDs of Harry Potter 2, 3, 4, 5, Ratatouille, Disney flicks and other great movies...Books (Stardust, The Starter Wife, The Nanny Diaries)...Subscription to Yummy, Reader's Digest...

What I need...Socks...Pillows...

No food gifts, please...I'm trying to control myself...

I can dream, can't I...An all expense paid vacation...

The return of all of my missing left socks, particularly the gray ones; I put two in the washer and dryer and usually only get one back WYS. It's very distracting. Raven

Raven: *LMAO* I know how that feels, being left with a sock unpartnered after a whirl in the dryer. Hope you do get to find them!

Melissa: Quality time is always a good wish. I hope your wish is granted!

Hazel: Weeee for wiiiii!!!!!
